When your brain is cloudy that may be a sign to organize. I don't necessarily mean, your cabinets. It could be just organizing your thoughts and making goals on the things you want to get better at. I found in my most overwhelming days if I can just organize a bit then I'm not so stressed and things don't seem so daunting.
Just a thought. For me, it's one of those days.

Funny you should say that! I have felt clouded today too and I just made a list of everything going on in my head and am now able to check off things that are accomplished or dealt with. Great advice girl!
